About us!
Here at Second Home Tenerife we are a young team, all with different nationalities. The estate agent Centro Inmobiliario started over 10 years ago with a first office located in the area of El Duque, we now have a second office in Palm-Mar, and a brand new sales office in Habitats del Duque. 
El Duque has now turned into the number one location in Southern Tenerife. Famous for the location of the 5 star hotel Bahía del Duque (one of the Leading Hotels of the World), this area offers everything at hand, both for spanish residents as well as for people looking for a second home under the sun. El Duque has several luxury shopping centres with designer shops and boutiques, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and also banks, pharmacies etc… There are only 4 and 5 star Hotels in the immediate surroundings, deluxe Hotels like Mirador del Duque, Gran Hotel Tacande, Anthelia Park, Jardines de Nivaria; also contributing to the upmarket feel of this area, and maintaining it nice and attractive. The lovely white sandy beach of El Duque makes this area complete.
Now there is a new upcoming area, called Palm-Mar. Thanks to its secluded situation between a protected Natural Reserve called Malpaís de la Rasca as well as the Mountain of Guaza, this area enjoys a microclimate, and has been destined to residential area only. This means there will be no hotels implanted in this area, no loud traffic as there is no through road, and no noisy night life even though the hustle and bustle of Tenerife’s nightlife is only 10 minutes away by car. In Palm-Mar we have an office located in Terrazas del Faro, a luxury residential complex built by us.
Terrazas del Faro has long been finished, and now we are on to the next move. In Palm-Mar’s office we always have a wide selection of wonderful resale properties, and at the same time we have a wide selection of new projects, for sale off plan.
Our latest project is called Residencial Marin, it will be an exclusive first line new development with only 17 Luxury Beach houses with the best sea views and a unique location.
