El Marin

The Residential Resort Marin is our latest new and exclusive development, a first line project with an unbeatable location, a new and very modern lay out and the best views ever!

There will be a total of 17 luxury beach houses, all first line facing the Ocean. A communal translucent pool with sun terrace will also face the Ocean, with a spacious sun terrace for all to enjoy a lazy day in the sun.

Each property will have 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, a guest toilet, modern and fully fitted kitchen with an island and a huge lounge with large windows at the front to enable you to fully enjoy the sea views. The houses will have an inside surface of minimum 200m², a private garage of over 80m² and the private terraces and garden will also amount to minimum 75m². Some of the houses will boast a private infinity pool, other houses will also have the use of a sun roof terrace on top of the house, with superviews to the Ocean and La Gomera and sun all day.
