El Marin is situated in the upcoming area, called Palm-Mar. Thanks to its secluded situation between a protected Natural Reserve called Malpaís de la Rasca as well as the Mountain of Guaza, this area enjoys a microclimate, and has been destined to residential area only.

This means there will be no hotels implanted in this area, no loud traffic as there is no through road, and no noisy night life even though the hustle and bustle of Tenerife’s nightlife is only 10 minutes away by car.  In Palm-Mar we have an office located in Terrazas del Faro, a luxury residential complex built by us.
