The materials foreseen for the construction of these exclusive beach houses are all natural, modern and new.
The terraces will be made of first class imported bankirai wood.
The houses will boast big windows in all rooms to enable you to enjoy those amazing and uninterrupted sea views to the fullest. The windows will be double glazed and in very strong specially imported aluminium.
All other materials used will be ultimate generation natural stones for the floors, aluminium for windows, the latest new kitchen materials, and a modern lay out for the entire house.
