Prices and Payment facilities
Prices have not been totally fixed yet for all properties as the surfaces tend to differ for each villa, but in first phase the price of the villas start at 995.000 euros. So far we have sold 5 villas from first phase, so there are 5 remaining.
The payments are set up in two payments, as follows:
- A first payment of 250.000 euros at the moment of signing the purchase contract.
- The outstanding amount upon handing over of the property, at the moment of signing the title deeds.
If you would require a mortgage, we will gladly assist you and obtain several offers from different banks, so you can compare, choose the bank which suits you best and get the best offers.
