Welcome to our new development Residencial Marín! This weblog has been set up to inform you about our luxury first line new development located in Palm-Mar!
The development will consist of only 17 luxury beach houses, each with4 bedrooms, 2 deluxe bathrooms, guest toilet, modern fitted and very ample kitchen, a huge lounge and a big terrace with uninterrupted sea views from their first line position!
There will be private pools in most of the houses, whilst the other houses can enjoy a splash in the communal pool. The houses will enjoy a very modern lay out and amongst others some of the materials chosen are natural stones for the floors, bankirai-wood terraces and other first class modern materials.
